Refund & Exchange Policy – BuyWithAbhay
At BuyWithAbhay, we aim to provide premium-quality men’s wear and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Exchange Policy (Preferred Option)
At BuyWithAbhay, we encourage exchange instead of refund wherever possible.
✅ Exchange is applicable only if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
- Exchange request is raised within 3 days of delivery
- Issue is related to size or damaged product (on arrival)
🔁 Exchange is allowed only once per order.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in limited and genuine cases.
💰 Refund is applicable if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product
- The product received is different from what was ordered
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper images/video proof
🚫 Refunds are NOT applicable for:
- Size issues (exchange only)
- Change of mind
- Slight color variation due to screen resolution
- Products used, washed, or without original tags
- Sale / discounted products
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Product must be returned in original condition
- No stains, perfume smell, or damage caused by customer
- BuyWithAbhay reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet quality checks
4. Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges
- Reverse pickup will be arranged only if the issue is from our side
- In case of size exchange, shipping charges may be borne by the customer
- BuyWithAbhay is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control
5. Refund Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
- COD orders (if applicable) may receive refunds via bank transfer
6. Exchange Availability
Exchange is subject to product availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, BuyWithAbhay may offer store credit or refund at its discretion.

- Issue description
- Clear images/video proof

8. Final Decision
All refund and exchange requests are subject to BuyWithAbhay’s quality inspection and approval.
The decision made by BuyWithAbhay will be final and binding.
